About the Role
As a Methods and Standards Engineer, you will develop, maintain, and implement technical standards and procedures for manufacturing and assembly in an aircraft production environment. You will prepare documentation, ensure compliance with quality management systems and safety regulations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and recommend new technologies to improve manufacturing capabilities.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Proven experience with authoring Standards and Procedures in a highly regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Master's degree or professional certifications.
- Experience with New Product Introduction or Aircraft Entry Into Service.
- Familiarity with CAD software, data analysis tools, MES, PLM, and ERP systems.
- Experience with Dassault Systems 3DExperience suite.
