Mueller Water Products is seeking a Metrology Territory Manager to oversee sales in Washington State, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, and Alaska. The role focuses on securing sales and expanding market share for smart metering solutions.
About the Role
As a Metrology Territory Manager, you will be responsible for regular visits to both established and potential accounts to drive sales and market share growth. Your key tasks will include achieving sales objectives for various products, performing solution selling, responding to bids, participating in trade shows, and maintaining relationships with local engineering firms. You will also support distributors, provide technical demonstrations, and manage customer CRM databases.
About You
Required:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a technical discipline.
A minimum of two years outside sales experience with a proven track record of winning new business.
Preferred:
Engineering degree.
Previous work/sales experience in RF AMR/AMI utility meter reading systems.
Knowledge/use of CRM Salesforce.com.
