About the Role
As the MGR I CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT, you will be responsible for developing and executing TEOA deployment plans, mentoring site-based TEOA practitioners, managing project teams, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. You will facilitate Kaizen events, monitor performance metrics, and ensure alignment with business unit strategies to achieve operational goals.
About You
Required:
- 5-7 years of technical/operations experience focused on production, logistics, or industrial engineering.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Lean practitioner with evidence of successful lean activities.
- Formal Mentoring, Facilitating & Coaching Training.
Preferred:
- Master's Degree in Engineering or related field.
- DMAIC Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
- Experience in Process Improvement Management.
- Hands-on experience with value stream mapping and improvement tools like 5S+1 and Visual Factory.
