About the Role
As the Manager of Respiratory Services, you will be responsible for the operation and management of Cardio Pulmonary services, including supply inventory, expense budgets, productivity, education, and daily operations. You will also lead network initiatives and embody KHN's Mission, Vision, and Values, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with safety procedures.
About You
Required:
- Graduates of a 2-4 year AMA approved Respiratory Program.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner from the State of Ohio.
- 10 years of clinical experience in the Respiratory field; 5 years minimum experience in supervision.
- RRT Credentials issued by the National Board of Respiratory Care.
- Active AARC member, current BLS with ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
- Strong supervision, personnel, leadership, and education skills.
- Good clinical and technical knowledge of Respiratory Care.
- Strong computer and EMR understanding.
Preferred:
- Experience in a healthcare leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to improve competencies and skill development.
