About the Role
As a MHYC Land Conservation Leader, you will participate in a team-based leadership experience, starting with in-house and field-based training. You will transition to Crew Leader roles for the Summer of Service and Fall Forestry seasons, leading projects such as trail construction, fire mitigation, habitat restoration, and park development.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Age requirement: Minimum 19 years, Maximum 24 years.
Preferred:
- Experience in environmental stewardship or related fields.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
