About the Role
As the Mickey Thompson MA Program Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the MTMA program, including managing dealer relationships, creating promotions, and ensuring competitive positioning in the market. You will also be responsible for maintaining the dealer database, coordinating with external vendors, and ensuring that marketing materials are up-to-date and relevant. Additionally, you will engage with members to drive sales and provide market research, while remaining knowledgeable about Mickey Thompson products.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or 10+ years of experience in Customer Development in lieu of degree.
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Development.
- Experience in sales/marketing associated with program initiatives.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree.
- Experience in Marketing.
- Exposure to multiple channels and facets of the organization.
