About the Role
As a Micro Lab Tech 1, you will be responsible for preparing samples for indicator organisms, pathogens, and chemistries, applying aseptic techniques, maintaining media and reagents, and performing quality control monitoring. You will also manage laboratory conditions, assist with inventory, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Broad knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures of a food testing laboratory.
Preferred:
- Associate degree in Life Science or two years of laboratory experience.
- Ability to travel.
