About the Role
As a Microbiologist I, you will be responsible for recording GMP data, monitoring and evaluating QC systems and equipment, implementing improvements to procedures, and interacting with internal and external auditors. Your daily tasks will include performing sterility and endotoxin testing, maintaining testing areas in compliance, conducting microbial identification, and authoring method validation protocols and reports.
About You
Required:
- 0-2 years related experience in a Pharmaceutical/drug (FDA Regulated) industry.
- Experience in pharmaceutical microbiology and microbiology testing including endotoxin, method validation, sterility, and microbial identification.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient at following specific instructions (i.e. written SOPs).
- Working knowledge of cGMP/GLP.
- Good computer skills including word processing and working with spreadsheets.
