About the Role
As a Senior Associate, you will work as part of a team to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Your responsibilities include utilizing Dynamics 365 Applications, interpreting client needs, overseeing project tasks, mentoring team members, and ensuring the delivery of quality solutions.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 to 7 years of experience
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification
- Thorough knowledge and/or proven record of success leveraging Dynamics 365 Applications (F&O, CE, Project Operations, or others)
- Experience with configuration and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 products
Preferred:
- One or more certifications within Dynamics 365 applications
- Experience leading efforts to understand and implement D365 solutions
- Ability to interact with clients to understand key requirements
- Experience advising on complex D365 business cases
- Skills in conducting business process analysis and creating process flows
- Experience developing project plans and managing tasks on time
- Demonstrated abilities as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant
- Project management skills to lead engagements
- Experience providing guidance and feedback to less-experienced staff
