Summary
Crowe is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Implementation Senior Architect to join their team in Springfield, IL. The role involves leading solution architecture and influencing major transformation initiatives within the D365 practice.
About the Role
As a Senior Architect, you will architect and lead end-to-end D365 Finance solutions, advise senior stakeholders, set solution direction, and guide delivery teams. You will also lead functional design, participate in quality reviews, and contribute to methodologies and best practices while mentoring team members.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years of hands-on D365 Finance implementation leadership experience.
- Proven track record delivering complex, full-lifecycle D365 Finance projects.
- Strong functional expertise across core finance and operational modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash/Bank, Financial Reporting, Projects, Costing, etc.).
- Ability to architect the solution and guide teams through execution.
- Excellent communication skills with experience engaging C-suite and director-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and produce high-quality work products.
- Experience in Manufacturing or Distribution environments.
Preferred:
- Experience with complementary ISV solutions within the D365 ecosystem.
- D365 certifications in Finance or related modules; CPA, CMA, or CFA a plus.
- Prior consulting experience within a professional services environment.
