- College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- 5+ years’ experience with software development, specifically using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating Microsoft SaaS solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, Power platform technologies, and Azure DevOps.
- Strong communication skills with internal team members and external business stakeholders.
- Motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment.
- Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes.
