About the Role
As a Mid/Senior-Level IP Litigation Associate, you will be responsible for managing litigation processes from pre-litigation counseling to trial preparation. Your duties will include drafting pleadings, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, and engaging in motion practice. You will work within a collaborative team environment, focusing on technology and intellectual property disputes.
About You
Required:
- 4-7 years of experience at a law firm handling litigation.
- Strong analytical ability and excellent research and writing skills.
- Admitted to, able to waive into, or a member in good standing of the NY or IL Bar.
Preferred:
- Experience with large e-discovery projects.
- Background in federal court commercial litigation.
