- 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial regulatory matters.
- Strong understanding of fintech clients and payment products.
- Experience representing clients in consumer protection matters including FCRA, FDCPA, ECOA, SCRA, MLA, TILA, EFTA, GLBA, and TCPA.
- Strong academic record with excellent writing and oral communication skills.
- Texas Bar license.
- Experience with innovative technology platforms in legal practice.
- Ability to work with Harvey AI for research and document drafting.
