About the Role
As a Mid-level Help Desk Support Technician, you will perform technical, operational, and training support to users of personal computers either by telephone or on-site. Your responsibilities will include installing and testing personal computers, printers, and other peripherals, troubleshooting computer problems, and coordinating repairs. You will also participate in the evaluation of system configuration and software.
About You
Required:
- Associate degree from an accredited institution with 3+ years of experience or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- CompTIA Certification A+, Network+, or Security+ and Secret clearance required.
Preferred:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent with an additional 5+ years of experience can be substituted for a degree.
- Understanding of desktops, peripherals, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and software applications.
