As a Mid-Level Leveraged Finance Associate, you will be responsible for managing debt finance transactions, including acquisition financings and refinancing. About You
Required:
- Four to five years of experience in leveraged finance transactions.
- Substantive experience representing private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers, and lenders.
Preferred:
- Prior experience as a key member of deal teams, including drafting and negotiating debt commitment papers.
- Exposure to middle-market private equity transactions.
