Summary
Celestar Holdings Corporation is seeking a Mid-level Signature Reduction Management Officer to support The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) under the G3X/G2X Global Counterintelligence & Human Intelligence Analysis and Support Contract, located in Fort Belvoir, VA.
About the Role
As a Mid-level Signature Reduction Management Officer, you will provide highly qualified personnel to support the CI, HUMINT, and SR mission. Your responsibilities will include CI, HUMINT, and SR analysis and support, collection management, intelligence management, signature and identity management, intelligence planning, technical planning, classified research, data analysis, and technical writing. You will also be responsible for delivering various reports and plans, ensuring advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 and ETMS2, and must be willing to undergo a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination.
About You
Required:
- At minimum a Bachelor’s degree.
- Certifications: BOSC; FOSS.
- 10 years full-time in a Military Intelligence or IC role supporting CI, HUMINT, SR, or other sensitive/specialized intelligence activities.
- 8 years of staff/action officer experience supporting an Intelligence organization.
