Cigna Healthcare is seeking a Middle Market Client Experience Consultant to join their team in Houston, TX, in a hybrid work environment. The role focuses on driving client retention and growth by optimizing the value clients receive from Cigna's products and services.
About the Role
As a Middle Market Client Experience Consultant, you will partner with Middle Market Client Managers to support strategic selling approaches, develop trusted relationships with clients, and ensure clear communication of Cigna's value proposition. You will maintain in-depth knowledge of Cigna's products and services, leverage expert advisors to meet client expectations, and coordinate activities to address client operational and wellness needs.
About You
Required:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2+ years of experience in the health-related industry, including product knowledge, sales practices, and account management.
Preferred:
Knowledge of Cigna Healthcare funding options and benefits structure.
Experience with Salesforce and KnowledgeXchange.
Strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.
Ability to obtain Health & Life Insurance license if residing in WVA, FL, or TX.
