About the Role
As a Middle Market Senior Underwriter, you will drive profitable growth through strategic account management, underwriting expertise, and strong agency relationships. Your responsibilities will include managing and underwriting a Middle Market book of business, analyzing agency performance, applying underwriting guidelines, maintaining knowledge of laws and regulations, leading agency management strategies, and serving as a consultative partner to brokers and agents.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of P&C Middle Market, broker-facing carrier underwriting experience.
- Proven success in building and maintaining strong business relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Superior technical knowledge and decision-making ability.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
