About the Role
As a Middle Office Product Control Associate, you will lead analysis for one of the CIO's main products, ensuring financials are well supported and controlled. Your responsibilities include supervising daily P&L/Risk processes, monitoring market risk controls, contributing to new business initiatives, and collaborating with various stakeholders to improve efficiency and controls.
About You
Required:
- Degree Holder major in Finance, Accounting or other management discipline.
- 3+ years in Middle Office, Market Risk, Valuation, Finance or Product Control.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Good product knowledge with hands-on experience in Fixed income & Treasury products.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
- Excel proficiency.
Preferred:
- Experience with control frameworks such as Control Self Assessment (CSA) and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX).
- Ability to handle high levels of ad hoc requests and deliver under pressure.
