About the Role
About You
- 5–8 years of experience in credit operations, deal execution, or middle office functions within asset management, investment banking, or a hedge fund environment.
- Strong product knowledge across private credit, including syndicated loans, direct lending, ABS, and other structured products.
- Demonstrated success in managing trade lifecycle workflows and post-trade processes.
- Experience with OMS/PMS platforms (e.g., Enfusion, Eze, LiquidityBook) and trade matching platforms (e.g., CTM, Nyfix).
- Excellent project management skills and ability to lead initiatives independently.
- Technically adept; familiarity with SQL, VBA, or other automation tools.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and team-first mindset with a passion for improving operations.
