Norton Packaging, Inc. is seeking a Midwest Territory Manager to join their team in the Greater Chicago Area. The role involves directing sales efforts in the Great Lakes Regional footprint and supporting the Hamlet, Indiana Plant.
About the Role
As a Midwest Territory Manager, you will manage existing customer relationships, develop new customer relationships, and showcase manufacturing strengths to deliver solutions. Responsibilities include acquiring knowledge of products, participating in industry trade shows, and traveling to the Hamlet Plant monthly. You will also need to communicate effectively with internal teams to support sales efforts.
About You
Required:
Five to ten years of industrial packaging sales experience.
Record of achievement in managing an outside sales territory.
Excellent verbal, written, and people skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to outstanding customer service.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Preferred:
Rigid packaging sales experience.
Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
