- Master's Degree from an accredited graduate program in a mental health related field or social work.
- Current licensure as a Social Worker (LCSW-C), Therapist (LCMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LCPC), or Psychologist.
- Experience working in a school setting.
- Prior military service or strong familiarity with military culture.
