About the Role

As a Business Manager in the Military Fellowship Program, you will prepare and manage indirect and program budgets, oversee cost control, coordinate business resource planning, ensure financial and programmatic controls, prepare financial reports, identify process improvements, and manage supplier relationships. This position is designed for active duty military members transitioning to civilian roles.

About You

Required:

Currently serving as ACTIVE DUTY military and be eligible to participate in the DoD SkillBridge program.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, business operations, or a related field.
Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and prepare financial reports and/or projections.
Strong understanding and experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance.

Preferred:

Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
Advanced knowledge of financial management and budgeting principles.
Proficiency with financial software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
Advanced skills in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
Experience in management consulting, data analytics, finance, or other quantitative or analytical role.
Strong business analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools.
Knowledge of DoD, government contracting and/or public auditing, policies, standards, and procedures.
