About the Role
As a Military Maintenance and Sustainment Strategy Leader, you will participate in cross-functional teams to develop maintenance and sustainment strategies, support the authoring of technical documents, establish maintenance capabilities, and work with various engineering teams to ensure effective support for advanced propulsion systems.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or associate degree with 4 years of additional relevant experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with airframe integrator and DoD customers.
- Familiarity with U.S. military organizations and maintenance processes.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience related to the role responsibilities.
- Minimum of 2 years of military or DoD related industry experience.
- Ability to work full-time on-site at GE Aerospace headquarters.
- Ability to travel to customer sites as needed (estimated 10% travel requirement).
- Must have or qualify for a U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
- This role is restricted to U.S. persons.
Preferred:
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Relevant propulsion system maintenance or logistics experience.
- Direct experience working with the U.S. military in aircraft maintenance.
- Prior military experience as a maintenance officer or technician.
- Experience with maintenance of 5th generation military aircraft.
- Active U.S. Government Secret or Top-Secret Clearance.
