- Associates Degree in machining or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2-5 years of CNC machinist experience.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T principles.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Experience with quality control documentation.
