About You
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must hold current nationally recognized Group Fitness certification from an approved organization.
- Ability to communicate verbally to large and small groups of members.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
- Complete YMCA cause & culture training and fitness-specific training before first shift.
- Complete CPR/AED and First Aid training within 30 days of hire.
- Experience working with diverse groups of people from various social and economic segments.
- Ability to relate effectively to participants of varying fitness levels and ages.
