About You
- 2-3 years of commercial real estate experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- General understanding of real estate underwriting.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective writing skills and ability to synthesize information.
- Bachelor’s degree in an applicable business-related field; MBA, CFA or equivalent preferred.
- Proficient in Excel, ARGUS Enterprise, Word and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial modeling and Co-Pilot is a plus.
