About the Role
As a Senior Mission Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading on-site training operations, managing mission planning, and serving as the primary liaison among operational units and stakeholders. Your tasks will include creating training materials, coordinating with aviation units, tracking range usage, delivering briefings, and overseeing team operations to ensure mission readiness.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting or coordinating Department of Defense (DoD) training or exercise activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline or a related field.
- Must possess and maintain a Secret or Top Secret Clearance, as required.
Preferred:
- Proven experience in mission planning and execution for Fleet synthetic training events.
- Working knowledge of Navy Training Baseline modeling and simulation tools.
