- 5+ years of full-time engineering experience, post-graduation.
- 2+ years of prior engineering management experience.
- Experience developing with Python and JavaScript or other modern software languages.
- Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies.
- Familiarity with Node and React.
- Experience with ETL processes and building data pipelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of unique DoD and USG constraints regarding technology.
