About the Role
As the MLS Team Lead, you will perform and oversee a full range of laboratory tests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures. You will provide technical support, assist in research and development of new tests, resolve technical issues, oversee quality control, manage lab operations, train staff, and represent the lab in various committees.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory, Life Sciences or Medical Technology.
- 5-8 years of related work experience.
- Experience with computer systems, including web-based applications and Microsoft Office.
Preferred:
- ASCP Registered or NCA Certification.
- Leadership experience.
- 3-5 years of Supervisory/Management experience.
