About You
- High school diploma; Associate's degree preferred in a related field.
- 2 or more years of experience in the healthcare industry or a degree as a Medical Assistant.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office and various software applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapting to shifting priorities.
- Experience in care coordination or case management.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential information.
