About the Role
As a Mobile Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for conducting repairs and inspections on various truck and trailer components, scheduling maintenance procedures, managing inventory, and completing necessary documentation. You will work in a mobile capacity, providing on-site maintenance and repairs to ensure the fleet remains operational.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of diesel and trailer repair experience.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Ability to work extended and/or irregular hours including weekends and holidays.
- Self-motivated with excellent organization and planning skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to utilize a computer/tablet for electronic processing of work orders.
Preferred:
- High School education or equivalent.
- Certifications in relevant fields.
- Welding experience.
- CDL (Commercial Driver's License).
