About the Role
As a Mobile Diesel Technician, you will perform repairs and inspections on Class 6-8 trucks and trailers, manage maintenance procedures, and ensure compliance with DOT regulations. Your responsibilities will include obtaining parts, managing inventory, and completing documentation accurately and timely.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of diesel repair experience.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to work extended and/or irregular hours including weekends and holidays.
- Self-motivated with excellent organization and planning skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
Preferred:
- 2 years' experience in performing annual federal inspections and brake inspections.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with electronic processing of work orders.
