About the Role

As a Mobile Lead Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and training staff while ensuring excellent customer service during blood collection events. You will plan and prioritize staff assignments, manage supplies and equipment for successful collection events, and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures. The position requires flexibility in scheduling to meet the needs of blood drives, which may include early mornings, late nights, and weekends.

About You

Required:

A minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
1 year of experience as a Phlebotomist.
2 years of experience as a Team Lead in a healthcare setting.

Preferred:

Medical Assistant Certification or Phlebotomy Certification.
Ability to handle difficult situations and persons tactfully and professionally.
Excellent ability to understand and use software relevant to the position.
