Summary
PLP Company is seeking a Mobile Mechanic to join their team in Bethel Park, PA. The role involves performing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on vehicles and equipment on-site.
About the Role
As a Mobile Mechanic, you will be responsible for on-site diagnostics and repairs, providing emergency assistance, performing preventative maintenance, ensuring tool and equipment maintenance, testing repaired equipment, and adhering to safety compliance. You will also perform DOT inspections and other related duties as requested.
About You
Required:
- Proven experience as a mechanic, preferably in a mobile service role.
- Strong ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of mechanical issues with vehicles and equipment.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, a CDL license is preferred.
- Must have a good driving record with no major violations within the last 5 years.
Preferred:
- Welding and fabrication experience.
- Experience with diesel engines, gas engines, and hydraulics.
