About the Role
As a Mobile Physician Assistant - Regional Lead, you will practice autonomous, relationship-driven mobile primary care, build and manage your own patient panel, and step into leadership roles. Your responsibilities will include delivering comprehensive geriatric assessments, managing chronic diseases, and coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams. This position emphasizes a value-based care model and offers a flexible schedule with productivity-based compensation.
About You
Required:
- Active, unrestricted Physician Assistant (PA-C) license.
- 1-2+ years of clinical experience in primary care or geriatrics.
- Strong clinical judgment and comfort practicing independently.
- Valid driver’s license for field-based/mobile role.
Preferred:
- Experience in home-based care, skilled nursing facilities (SNF), assisted living facilities (ALF), or senior living communities.
- Interest in leadership, panel growth, and clinical program development.
