Summary
Pop-Up Talent is seeking a Mobile Platform Engineer to join their team in Santa Clara, CA. The role involves developing and maintaining mobile applications and server components for advanced software platforms.
About the Role
As a Mobile Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for enhancing the mobile application platform, designing and implementing new features, developing automated testing systems, analyzing server data, and collaborating with engineering and product management teams. You will work in a hands-on capacity to solve complex technical problems and improve system performance.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
- At least 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
- Hands-on experience developing Android or iPhone applications
- Hands-on experience developing in Python
- Experience working in Linux environments
- Hands-on experience working with REST-based APIs
Preferred:
- Experience creating server endpoints in Python
- Strong coding skills with object-oriented programming
- Experience working with data structures and algorithms
- Understanding of software performance and scalability
- Experience creating well-organized, maintainable code
