As a Project Coordinator, you will assist and support the Project Manager, manage the change order log, drive the project schedule, provide detailed updates to project managers, manage supplies and resources, oversee sub-contractors, plan and attend meetings, order necessary equipment and materials, oversee deadlines and workflow, identify ways to increase profitability and reduce costs, review contract scope/terms, schedule turnover meetings, participate in the Contract/Estimating Review Process, and create and implement a Close Out Process.
