About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an injection molding manufacturing environment.
Preferred:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a mold setter role.
- Proven experience with mold changes, setups, and process optimization.
- Experience with Engel injection molding machines.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and measurement equipment.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and machine interface.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
