About the Role
As a Mold Setter, you will be responsible for the removal of molds, assisting the shift supervisor, handling production parts, monitoring the production process, maintaining the machine and work area, and providing breaks for operators. You are expected to complete simple machine adjustments and maintain multiple machines while supporting operators.
About You
Required:
- High School or equivalent education.
- 1+ year as a machine operator.
- Ability to speak and write English.
- Ability to lift 55lbs.
Preferred:
- Positive can do attitude.
- Proficient mathematics.
- Good interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and handle projects to completion.
