About the Role
As a Monitor Tech, you will be responsible for monitoring patients' cardiac rhythms, documenting changes, and reporting any irregularities to nursing staff. You will maintain the telemetry console, ensure alarms are functioning, and participate in quality improvement teams. Your duties will also include managing inventory and responding to emergency situations.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Less than 1 year of experience with emergency situations and maintaining continuous strips of cardiac rhythms.
- Completion of the Monitor Technician Program.
Preferred:
- Basic computer skills.
