About the Role
As a Monitor Technician, you will be responsible for admitting and discharging patients from the monitoring system, communicating cardiac rhythms to nursing staff, printing and interpreting rhythm strips, and maintaining continuous monitoring for patients on cardiac telemetry. You will utilize critical thinking skills to manage equipment and alarm settings, and also handle billing input for telemetry and other patient charges.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma/GED
- BLS certification
- Ability to look at screen with several monitors for a prolonged period of time
