About the Role
As the Montage Memory Care Director, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and daily operations of the memory care program. Your key responsibilities include developing and evaluating memory care programming, supervising care staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and serving as a liaison between residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
About You
Required:
- Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or equivalent healthcare/administrative experience.
- Proven leadership experience in assisted living, skilled nursing, or senior living environments.
Preferred:
- Certification in dementia care or Alzheimer’s care.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
