About the Role
As a Mortgage Loan Construction Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing new CP loans for closing approval, ordering and reviewing construction inspection reports, submitting documentation for construction draw approval, and maintaining up-to-date logs on completion percentages and insurance. You will also handle builder applications, submit builder packages for CLO approval, and complete required compliance training.
About You
Required:
- Equivalent of four years in high school, plus specialized training equal to two years of college.
- 2 years related experience and/or training in a specialized field such as basic accounting or computer skills.
