About the Role
As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will be responsible for recommending loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines, managing a portfolio of customer relationships, developing loan solutions, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions. You will also collect and analyze customer financial information for complex borrowers.
About You
Required:
- University/college degree with less than 1 year of professional experience or successful completion of a formal development program.
- Knowledge of customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in business decisions.
Preferred:
- Experience with banking products and client prospecting.
- Skills in customer relationships, documentation, and sales.
