About the Role
As a Mortgage Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the origination, processing, and closing of various loan types including conventional, FHA, home equity, and HELOC loans. You will utilize Encompass mortgage software to enhance departmental efficiency, coach and mentor staff, underwrite loan applications, and ensure compliance with HMDA and other regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will assess current processes to improve service levels and maintain professional relationships with members and third parties.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of five years of mortgage lending experience and three years of management experience.
- In-depth understanding of regulations affecting lending programs.
- NMLS License is required.
Preferred:
- Experience with Encompass mortgage software.
- Strong emphasis on staff development and coaching.
