- 3+ years of recent experience in an operational role in the residential mortgage industry.
- Experience using Encompass, Fannie Mae’s Desktop Underwriter, and Freddie Mac’s Loan Prospector.
- Strong communication skills and work ethic.
- Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with Conventional, Jumbo, and Non-QM loans.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer service.
