About the Role

As a Mortgage Regional Manager, you will have full divisional P&L responsibility, allowing you to build your market, recruit top talent, drive production, and benefit from the profitability of the business you create. You will operate with entrepreneurial autonomy, supported by a strong infrastructure and access to capital markets, while focusing on growth and team development.

About You

Required:

Approximately 5 years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination, including management roles.
Mortgage Loan Originator License.

Preferred:

Extensive experience developing, managing, and maintaining a network of referral partners.
Strong knowledge of quality control and compliance standards.
