- High School diploma or GED.
- 5 years of job-related experience.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use industry-related software such as Desktop Underwriter, Loan Prospector, Clout, Zippy, eMagic, RMIC, MortgageBot, easyLender.
- At least 1 Government certification (FHA CHUMS number or VA SAR designation).
