As a Motor Grader Operator, you will be responsible for operating the grader and other heavy equipment safely, performing daily maintenance checks, and interpreting roadway plans. You will ensure precise grading and finishing of road surfaces, working outdoors in various weather conditions.
About You
Required:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar position.
- Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 40 pounds.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of grader and other heavy equipment and understanding of computerized controls and electronics.
- High school diploma/GED preferred.
- English and Spanish fluency a plus, but not required.
